You may have notice , when you close the iTunes , in background running iPodService.exe and iTunesHelper.exe !
(There was a problem in the past , when running Geohot's blackra1n , with these to exe's , But we can't predict the future )
This is a simple tool that will help you to close iTunes plus this two exe's .
From my experience , iTunes on Windows Sucks!
